The lightning strike counter appears once lightning is detected and displays a running total of lightning strikes, plus weekly and monthly totals. Also calculates an estimated distance (miles or kilometers) to the lightning-producing storm. Customizable alarms can be set for temperature, humidity, wind speed, rainfall, and more. The illuminated display features a "sleep mode" that dims the brightness of the dashboard and shows key information at your desired time. Digital clock automatically updates for daylight saving time and includes alarm clock feature. Includes calibration option for temperature, humidity, and barometric pressure to improve accuracy when sensor placement or environmental factors impact your data accuracy. The pro+ 5-in-1 weather sensor features two solar panels that power an internal aspirating fan to maximize ambient temperature accuracy at all hours of the day.
